My first
response when Tim told me about this was, “What qualifies as a
dream?” One-hundred seems like a lot to me since I have always
considered my “dreams” to be the big, big goals in my life. You know, the top-tier goals, like
starting my own design firm, not learning to make a perfect loaf of
bread (that is something I want to do, but if asked, I would qualify
that as a goal, not a dream). How would you describe the difference between a goal and a dream?
Dictionary.com defines them as follows:
Dream noun, often attributive
: a strongly desired goal or purpose <a dream of becoming president>
Goal noun
: the end toward which effort is directed
Anyway, I have decided to start writing my list of 100 dreams. At the same time I am going to take Design Darling's challenge to make a list of 101 things I'd like to accomplish in 1001 days. (I'm very late to this party, but better late than never, right?)

Who wants to do
this with me? 101 things in 1001 days (that's 2.75 years). Big things or small things, it's up to you. Head over to Design Darling to see her list...
While I am not ready to share my list of dreams, I'll share my '101 Things' next week.

I love this-what a great idea! I may have to follow suit and make one of these lists of my own. :)
