101 Things in 1001 Days...Update!!

It's been 65 days since I followed Mackenzie's lead and made my list of 101 Things to Do in 1001 Days, and I am feeling pretty good about how it's going.  (See below.)  So far I've checked off 12 things and am making progress on several others.  I will say, writing these things down has really helped me to focus my free time and energy on making them happen.  I highly recommend this to anyone!  A list can be a powerful tool!
  1. Make my list of 101 things  June 6, 2013
  2. Start my own design firm  (PJM Interiors is officially in business!)
  3. Get business cards for said design firm
  4. Develop a website for this design firm
  5. Have a design project published
  6. Get my portfolio set up on my iPad
  7. Take a photo (not of people) worth printing large format and framing
  8. Launch an interview series on Sea Island Drive (Decisions, Decision...)
  9. Have our first giveaway on Sea Island Drive (Going on now!  Check it out!)
  10. Help plan my family's summer vacation
  11. Find a really good hairstylist in Charleston (Melissa at Canvas)
  12. Harvest the first lime from my little tree
  13. Make a big batch of marmalade and give most of it away
  14. Sell my car
  15. Buy an SUV
  16. Improve my interior photography skills (What do you think, did these photos turn out OK?)
  17. Buy (or DIY) a stylish dining room light fixture
  18. Start playing tennis again
  19. Plan a special celebration for our 1st wedding anniversary
  20. Host more dinner parties (Beer Tasting Dinner, ...)
  21. Branch out of our bubble and try 6 new restaurants in Charleston (1. The Craftsman...)
  22. Buy an electric sander
  23. Refinish our dining table
  24. Find another piece of furniture worth refurbishing
  25. Refurbish it
  26. Go on a road trip  (Washington, DC)
  27. Finally change my last name on my passport
  28. Dedicate time to taking photos at least once a week for 3 months
  29. Buy a new lens for my camera
  30. Drink 64 ounces of water a day for a month

  83. Have my sewing machine fixed so I can use it
  84. Add to Otto's collar collection
  85. Start Christmas shopping in October (or earlier)
  86. Edit the list of magazines I subscribe to

  89. Buy vintage maps of Boston and Charleston
  90. Find the perfect lip gloss...long-lasting, not sticky, hint of color
  91. Stay injury free for 1001 days
  92. Enroll Otto in another training class
  93. Run a 10k
  94. Learn how to pick a good cantaloupe
  95. Take an art history class
  96. Buy a great sun hat
  97. Upgrade our bookshelves
  98. Plan a weekend away with Tim in a new city
  99. Re-read my history of furniture and architecture books from school
  100. Get a pink Glassybaby (or two)
  101. Inspire someone else to write their own list of 101 things...  (Tim, Eliza, ... anyone else write a list?  Let me know!)

Eddie Ross , so they say, has the best fresca based sangria receipe and paiges of style blog has a great orzo pasta salad receipe that I make all the time!
Good luck ! I need to learn how to pick a cantaloupe too!
